We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our creative team at Carsales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative thinking, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for developing and executing compelling campaigns, from Key Visuals (KV) to storyboards for films, creating concepts and visuals for events, and creating content across all types of media and channels—both online and offline.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute creative campaigns from concept to delivery, including Key Visuals, storyboards, scripts, and cross-channel adaptations (digital, social, print, OOH, video).
- Create 360º ideas that maintain brand consistency while tailoring messages and formats to each platform - balancing functionality and creativity.
- Build compelling narratives and storyboards for motion design and filmed productions, driving engagement and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on brand identity projects, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and innovative design across all touchpoints.
- Leverage AI tools and Figma to design impactful landing pages, EDMs, digital assets, and campaign visuals.
- Engage confidently with stakeholders, managing timelines, presenting ideas effectively, and fostering a collaborative, positive team culture.
This role requires not only strong design craft, but also conceptual thinking, narrative development and ownership of the creative process—from idea to execution. We’re looking for someone who thinks 360°, capable of envisioning a campaign from its core idea to how it comes to life and adapts across digital, print, social and motion channels.
What are we looking for:
- roven experience as an Art Director (or similar), with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, storytelling, and multi-platform design.
- Expertise in Key Visual creation, storyboarding, and narrative development for motion or filmed content, with a strong 360º campaign mindset.
- Proficient in AI tools for image generation, illustration, and video, plus solid command of Figma for digital design.
- Strong visual design skills and deep knowledge of branding principles, able to translate strategy into compelling creative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in stakeholder engagement and idea presentation.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and solutions-focused, with a collaborative, proactive, and positive attitude.
