Multimedia Specialist (Art Director), Generative Content | Remote | Full-Time
Leonardo.Ai is reimagining creativity through generative AI. We’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist (Art Director) Generative Content who can concept, direct, and craft work across today’s most innovative AI tools. This role blends taste, vision, and production craft across image, video, sound, motion, and storytelling.
You’ll sit on our Creative team, where we experiment, design, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI. You’ll lead the creative process from script to execution, working across formats and disciplines to produce content that feels fresh, emotional, and world-class.
What you’ll do
Concept and direct content across campaigns, launches, and social, with a focus on AI-driven storytelling
Experiment with cutting-edge generative tools for video, image, audio, and 3D to create original work
Translate scripts and creative briefs into polished executions that move people
Provide strong art direction for visuals, sound, and motion that align with brand voice and product storytelling
Collaborate with writers, motion designers, product teams, and leadership to deliver work that connects with audiences
Push the boundaries of AI content creation workflows, from ideation to post-production
Evolve and uphold the visual and audio identity of Leonardo.Ai across all channels
What we’re looking for
A portfolio of generative AI work spanning visual and audio, showcasing experience across different platforms and workflows.
Expert in tools like ElevenLabs, GenAI platforms, ComfyUI, Weavy, and have a portfolio of work to show the creative execution of these or similar workflow
6+ years of experience in art direction, content creation, or related roles
A portfolio that shows strong taste, emotional storytelling, and a range across mediums
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image, video, sound, and text
Strong understanding of creative production workflows from script to final execution
Proficiency with design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion software, etc.)
Strong communication skills, able to explain creative choices clearly
Curiosity and passion for the evolving role of AI in creativity
Bonus if you have
Motion design or video editing experience
Experience with sound design, audio editing, or music production
Background directing shoots, or collaborating with production teams
Skills in typography, photography, or illustration
Comfort working in fast-moving environments with high creative standards
