The Applications Integration Developer designs and implements system integrations, develops data reports, ensures quality testing, and supports stakeholder engagement through documentation.

Job Description :
- Integration design & build: Improve and streamline system integration processes; design, develop, and implement pipelines or application/workflow integrations.
- Data & reporting: Develop a deep understanding of underlying data models and business usage; build and maintain reports and operational data flows that meet stakeholder needs.
- Quality & testing: Assist in data validation/ data reconciliations; troubleshoot integration issues; ensure fixes are verified and documented.
- Stakeholder engagement: Work with business teams to prepare clear functional specifications and reporting requirements; provide integration support for installed systems.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain user and technical documentation.
Required technical & Professional expertise:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Advanced SQL (MS SQL Server preferred; DB2/AS400 a plus) and strong database-centric development skills.
- 2+ years in applications/integration development, including reports development (e.g., SSIS, Power BI) and/or experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (e.g., Finance/Procurement/HCM) in Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills; customer/business-focused; calm under pressure.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Experience working with API integrations is a strong plus.
- Insurance/Financial Services domain knowledge would be an advantage.
