Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: Responsible for application maintenance, incident resolution, and request fulfillment for AS400 (IBM iSeries) business applications, ensuring system stability and timely delivery of enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incident management: analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Manage service requests and minor enhancements for AS400 applications
Maintain and enhance applications using RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL/400, DB2/400, SQL
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross functional teams for timely delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in AS400 application maintenance
Strong hands-on expertise in RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL/400, DB2/400, SQL
Experience in incident and request management in production environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
