We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Application Support Analyst to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues and requests related to our SAP Business One environment, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of service delivery across the business.

In this role you will:
- Manage and triage the inbound SAP B1 support queue, prioritising issues based on business impact
- Diagnose and resolve application incidents including data queries, user access issues, and system errors
- Perform configuration changes, master data maintenance, and user administration within SAP B1
- Liaise with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and confirm resolution
- Escalate complex technical issues to the wider development team with clear documentation
- Maintain a knowledge base of known issues and resolutions to reduce repeat ticket volume
- Contribute to user acceptance testing for system changes and enhancements
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an application support or ERP support role (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, MYOB Acumatica or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Experience with ticketing and service management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk or similar) is advantageous
- A proactive attitude and genuine commitment to service excellence
