Job Description

The primary role of the Application Support Analyst is to oversee the installation and maintenance of software applications to streamline business operations focused on Tattarang’s Workday ERP (HCM and Finance) and related applications. Duties include optimising software application performance, installing updates, building reports, application user management, management applications security (in conjunction with our cyber team), monitoring applications interfaces and performing debugging procedures.


This position is a key liaison between the IT Service Desk, application vendors and the line-of-business team members who perform the process work (in-person and using remote access tools).


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Enterprise application administration experience.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of the systems / software development life cycle.
  • An appreciation of both IT and business strategy.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems) – experience in Workday is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with remote management tools.
  • Experience with IT ticketing and documentation systems.
  • Experience with SLA implementation.
  • Experience with user help documentation and end user help.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including great presentations.
  • Build excellent relationships with key internal customers based on trust and confidence.
