Job descriptionApplication Portfolio Lead-Lead end-to-end transformation programs: define roadmaps, design future-state processes, implement systems and technologies.-Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end transformation programs: define roadmaps, design future-state processes, implement systems and technologies. • Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects including MES rollouts, sustainability platforms, asset master data initiatives, and IoT/ML implementations and Support Projects (AMS) across diverse geographies and industries. • Execute Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives: process mapping, performance system design, and continuous improvement embedding. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across functions and levels: conduct workshops, align cross-functional teams, and maintain strategic direction. • Oversee full program lifecycle: from diagnosis and feasibility to deployment and steady-state operations, ensuring delivery of KPIs and financial impact.
