The Opportunity

Join our Fire Systems team and play a key role in delivering engineering and installation solutions across Australia and New Zealand. This is your chance to work with world-class technology and make a real impact on safety and innovation.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services teams to provide timely, high-quality technical support across ANZ

  • Guide customers on design criteria, tools, and software for optimal system performance

  • Build deep technical expertise in Johnson Controls Fire Detection products

  • Support customer development through training and product promotion

  • Prepare accurate quotations for systems, upgrades, and custom build-to-order solutions

  • Assist customers with programming new and existing Vigilant and Simplex systems

  • Review product quality and warranty cases to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering

  • Strong knowledge of Fire Detection products and/or low-voltage applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced PC literacy and IT knowledge (current and legacy systems)

  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset

  • Collaborative team player with a drive to learn and grow

  • Current driver’s license
