As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s talent acquisition strategy. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing direct sourcing techniques, leveraging referral programs, and championing relevant projects.

  • Conduct in-take meetings with Hiring Manager and HRBP to understand job requirements and agree on the search direction and strategy. 

  • Manage the complete life cycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, candidate selection, shortlisting, offer management, and pre-onboarding. 

  • Ensure consistent and quality candidate experiences across all levels of hiring.

  • Proactively provide data-led market insights for Hiring Managers’ understanding and advise effective and appropriate hiring solutions. 

  • Support Fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment, and career fair activities.

  • Take part in employer branding activities and other ad hoc projects.

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Excellent command of English to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment

  • Ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organization
