Who we're looking for
Join a dynamic, global organization at a pivotal time of transformation. As the APAC Business Operations Manager, you will lead operations for the APAC regional marketing team, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
This role merges strategic leadership with operational management, ensuring seamless integration between global marketing strategy and regional execution. You will partner with senior leaders, optimizing processes, managing programs, and leading cross-functional initiatives to accelerate marketing impact in APAC.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Program Management:

Develop and implement marketing processes and workflows that streamline operations, ensuring alignment with the global marketing organization and regional needs.

Oversee daily operations of the APAC regional marketing team, ensuring timely, accurate execution of marketing campaigns, and effective management of the regional budget and resources.

Lead and manage the regional "Run the Business" (RTB) motion, standardizing systems and processes while holding teams accountable for deliverables and operational performance.
Program Management:

Lead the execution and program management of Showcase events across APAC, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Serve as the primary liaison between HQ and APAC regional marketing team, ensuring seamless communication on localization, transcreation, and asset management, as well as vendor management.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze Showcase reporting and compile detailed program summaries.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and present reports on regional business performance, tracking key metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Support budget development and business case proposals by analyzing financial impacts, trends, and new growth opportunities.

Track team progress against training goals and company requirements, ensuring the APAC marketing team remains aligned with new technologies and operational processes.
Collaboration & Communication:

Facilitate effective communication across the APAC marketing and sales teams, other regional marketing teams, global marketing operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and transparency in goals and strategies.

Act as the bridge between regional and global teams, communicating priorities, updates, and results while aligning with broader organizational goals.

Support internal and external marketing communications, working closely with strategic marketing to drive executive communication initiatives across APAC.
Process Improvement & Training:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across regional operations.

Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for regional marketing activities, ensuring consistency with global standards.

Manage training initiatives for regional marketing teams, including onboarding new hires and ensuring alignment with global martech and reporting methodologies.
What you bring to the role

8+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or program management roles within a high-tech/SaaS environment.

Strong background in marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on driving efficiency and scaling operations.

Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and implementing streamlined processes in matrixed environments.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and programs across different regions simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience in designing and driving large-scale projects, events, or marketing programs across diverse regions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a focus on results.

High energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to foster collaboration across global and regional teams.

Strong knowledge of business operations processes and the ability to influence change and improvement across teams.
