About the Role:
As the ANZ Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a hands‑on role delivering customer service excellence for GSK ANZ and ViiV Healthcare and you will be coordinating key elements of inventory management that keep critical vaccines and medicines moving -
- Process orders (EDI & non‑EDI) from major customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage government orders via approved portals, allocating batches to meet shelf‑life requirements and aligned to forecasts
- Own customer account admin for ANZ Direct customers, supporting setup, sales tracking and traceability, building strong, professional relationships
- Triage customer incidents and process credits, debits and returns with speed and accuracy
- Support inventory management, from ad‑hoc stock allocation during low stock situations, to investigating 3PL discrepancies and coordinating distribution to satellite warehouses
- Oversee compliant destruction processes end‑to‑end across ANZ when required
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear communication and win-win results. You will be managing queries, Proof of Delivery (POD) requests, maintaining distribution lists for timely SKU/stock updates
- Generate regular reports, such as the On Time in Full check with corrective recommendations to 3PLs
- Contribute to key customer forums and support the team with additional tasks
About you:
- Diploma (preferred) or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field
- 1–2 years in supply chain or customer service is desirable, with a strong interest in inventory, compliance and analytics
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, and someone who shows initiative
- Motivated and willingness to learn
