Your mission

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in Sydney (ANZ). This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the APAC Enterprise Sales team, working closely with customers, partners, system integrators, managed service providers, and internal stakeholders to promote AudioCodes’ portfolio of voice, unified communications, contact center, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals across the ANZ region.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, business decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive direct sales activities while expanding business through channel partners, system integrators, and managed service providers.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage strategic channel and alliance partnerships.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver customer value and achieve business objectives.
  • Promote AudioCodes solutions at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies to increase AudioCodes’ presence across the region.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements.
Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience in communications software, SaaS solutions, managed services, or unified communications.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong experience selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, both directly and through channel partners.
  • Experience working with System Integrators, MSPs, distributors, and channel ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise voice and unified communications projects.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP, Unified Communications, and Cloud Communications solutions.
  • Experience selling Microsoft-based Unified Communications solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
  • Experience selling Zoom-based communication and collaboration solutions.
  • Understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud offerings, and professional services.
  • Experience selling into BFSI and Government sectors is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with a communications technology vendor, global solution provider, or leading systems integrator is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer business challenges.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
