The Role 

We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our ANZ Infrastructure & Energy People & Culture (P&C) Team in a permanent capacity. The role is hybrid in nature and can be based in either Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane.

In this role you’ll be primarily responsible for partnering with business leaders and teams at various levels provide advice and guidance on P&C solutions in line with business needs.  There is a significant focus on enabling business outcomes such as sustained revenue growth, profit growth and operational efficiency and fostering a culture of flexibility/adaptability through tailored P&C advice, guidance and projects that are aligned with Group and Regional level priorities. 

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Management Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience, ideally in a generalist P&C role within the professional services industry
  • Establishing internal client networks with proven ability to develop and maintain trust;
  • Well developed consulting skills to personally influence at multiple levels;
  • Relationship management and influencing skills;
  • Effective communication skills and highly service orientated;
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to work autonomously and to exercise initiative and discretion
  • Co-operative and flexible work style to work in a team environment
