Analytics Consultants partner directly with clients to prepare data, build data products, and influence analytics strategy.

The ability to quickly create value through innovative solutions is key to the success of our analytics consultancy, but that’s second nature to you, isn’t it?

Please be advised that this role is required to be located in the Melbourne, Australia InterWorks office.  Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position.

Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications:  $65,000-$85,000

What You’ll Do
  • Work alongside clients to execute end-to-end projects spanning the full spectrum of analytics, from data preparation to the boardroom’s forecast analysis.
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT and empower clients to make well-informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Support clients directly through clear communication and consistent delivery of compelling solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Adapt to change quickly as agile development methodologies run throughout our engagements.
What You’ll Need

Must-Haves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for interacting with people
  • Passion for data visualization and data storytelling
  • Problem-solving skills – technical and non-technical
  • Ability to apply structure to ambiguous requests
  • Easily adaptable and flexible to changing situations

What We’d Like You to Have

  • BI Software experience (Power BI, Tableau Desktop)
  • SQL and data warehouse (Snowflake, SQL Server, Redshift)
  • Deep knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
