Analyst - CommBank iQ

CommBank iQ is a joint venture between CommBank and Quantium that turns de-identified transaction data from 7 million consumers into insights that help businesses stop guessing and start knowing their customers better. By combining Quantium's data science and analytics capability with CBA's unparalleled financial data, we deliver powerful, actionable insights to businesses across Australia. 

We are seeking an Analyst to join the CBAiQ Established Solutions squad — a high-performing team of 5–7 analysts working across three key verticals: Property, Consumer Brands, and Visitor Economy. 

The team is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of key products delivered on a monthly and quarterly basis to 100+ clients, including Centre iQ, Market Monitor iQ, and Council iQ. 

The Established Solutions team's mission is to continue delivering current offerings whilst driving efficiency gains through engineering and AI practices, in preparation for transforming to an AI-native product over the next 12 months. 

• Delivery Excellence — Manage product delivery and timelines for regular updates across multiple solutions 

• Technical QA — Review input data and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality 

• Client Onboarding & Support — Onboard new clients across multiple solutions 

• Data Management — Ensure high levels of data accuracy by keeping data mining processes current and up to date 

• AI-Driven Innovation — Apply an AI-first mindset to drive efficiency gains across all solutions using AI and automation 

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail 

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis 

• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming 

• A curious mindset towards Generative AI, with some exposure to or experience using Gen AI tools 

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
