The LRO Operations team is seeking an Analyst, Legal Operations who will function as a Billing Coordinator for the LRO. The position will support the Analog Devices, Inc. LRO Operations Team reporting to the Manager, LRO Operations.

This position is responsible for assisting the LRO’s Outside Counsel Management Program through administering the eBilling system, creating matters, setting up vendors, reviewing invoices, collaborating with AP and Finance teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate processing of Legal and other LRO invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process invoices for the LRO through the eBilling and matter management system
  • Assist in the administration of the Legal Tracker eBilling and matter management system. including matter creation, matter updating, and payment processes.
  • Onboard new vendors, working with internal and external stakeholders, and internal functions.
  • Support the development of key metrics for ongoing reporting that enables LRO to track performance, manage costs, benchmark with peers, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, and other corporate functions as needed to support LRO activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a Finance, AP, or Legal Operations department.
  • Experience with legal billing processes and technology, including eBilling solutions and invoice processes preferred.
  • Prior experience as an eBilling coordinator or system administrator is a plus.
  • Experience building reporting and metrics for legal teams using Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer-focus orientation.
