As our Solutions Development Executive (SDE) for Australia, you will be at the forefront of Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)—helping the world’s leading organizations deploy, manage, and decommission IT assets with absolute security and environmental integrity.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and designing comprehensive solutions that solve complex security and e-waste challenges.
What You’ll Do:
In this role you will:
- Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities and upsell ALM solutions, including media destruction, e-waste recycling, and asset remarketing.
- Design Bespoke Solutions: Map customer value and architect solutions that align specifically with client business models and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
- Collaborate Internally: Partner with BDEs and CDEs (Business Development Executive / Client Development Executive), and SMEs (Solution Management Expert) to deliver a seamless, high-value experience for our clients.
- Strategic Management: Proactively manage a direct account portfolio, leading high-level negotiations to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience navigating large, complex service-based sales cycles.
- Proven Results: A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT asset management, data protection standards, and environmental regulations.
- Strategic Mindset: You don’t just take orders; you translate customer needs into powerful, ROI-driven value propositions.
- Education: Minimum of a four-year university or college degree.
