Job Purpose
- 各種統計データベース（DWHおよび料率DBなど）を利用し、各部署（主に自動車保険部および個人火災保険部）が求めるデータの提供や分析を通じて、会社の成長と収益向上に貢献する。
Job Responsibilities
- 各部署（主に自動車保険部および個人火災保険部）の各メンバーと協力し、部門内で遂行する各種プロジェクトに積極的にデータ支援として参加することによって、そのプロジェクトによる効果を早期に会社に還元する。
- 各種データ分析（損害率分析や収益分析）を実施、または各部署（主に自動車保険部および個人火災保険部）の各種データ分析を支援することで、会社の成長と収益向上に貢献する。
- 各種統計データベース（DWHおよび料率DBなど）をユーザーとしてチェックし、改善が必要であればその改善策実行を積極的に関係部署に働きかけ、データベースの適正性を確保する。

Required Skills and Experiences
Educational Qualification
- 学士号または同等の学位
Specific Qualifications
- SQLおよびSAS、Python、Ｒなどのプログラミングスキルを持つこと、またはその素養があること
- 分析スキルを持ち、保険リスクや料率分析について知識を有すること、またはその素養があること
- プロセス・スキルおよびシステム・スキルを有し、データ細部にわたり注意が払えること
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：ビジネスレベルが望ましい
- 複雑さに対処する能力があり、協調性があること
- 積極的に仕事を引き受けられる自発性があること
Total Experience
- 上記知識、資格を活かした業務経験があれば望ましい
