How we work

We work with use of Scrum methodology. There are 1 week sprints followed by discussing and planning.

We are following Lean startup methodology where we actively test ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Team Leader for an AI-driven engineering workflow by orchestrating, coordinating, and reviewing the work of AI agents instead of managing a traditional development team.
• Define technical specifications for AI agents, validate the code they generate, and ensure the delivery of production-ready features.
• Lead the development of an AI-driven pipeline for the automatic creation, processing, and publication of real-life and digital quests.
• Organize and supervise AI agents responsible for integrating AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack, LlamaIndex, AgentZero, OpenClaw, Hermes, and similar technologies into a unified content generation ecosystem.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI workflows for generating quest narratives, game logic, and interactive content.
• Coordinate the development of API integrations with third-party services, external data providers, and automation platforms.
• Design software architecture, data models, and development workflows while maintaining technical documentation (UML / BPMN).
• Collaborate with writers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure AI-generated content meets quality standards.
• Organize unit and integration testing using pytest or unittest and ensure high software quality.
• Continuously improve AI-assisted development processes using tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Aider, and similar platforms.
• Lead the development of a real-world feedback system for validating LLM-generated content against real-world data.
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and end-to-end validation of AI-generated implementations.

  We offer an option

• Up to 1 500 000 shares of Ubego (at the moment there are 11 500 000 shares). P shares hourly + dividends.
• Workload amount is 15-20 hours weekly. You can mix easily with your office job.
• This is an equity based compensation opportunity. To apply, you need to have a full-time job.

We are looking for investments nowadays and current company valuation estimated by a 3rd party investment manager as for $6,000,000. So it will be hard for you to get to the team. But we encourage you to try!
