About the Role
This role is suited to strong business analyst or consultant who brings a structured mindset and the ability to operate across business process design, solution shaping, and architecture interfaces.
You’ll play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex transformations powered by data and AI. Over time, these roles offer the opportunity to grow into product or architecture-focused paths, based on your interests and development journey.
What You’ll Do
Support the design and delivery of AI transformation initiatives across a range of industries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape operating models, business processes, and solution frameworks that enable AI at scale
Translate complex business needs into actionable AI opportunities
Bridge the gap between business and technical teams across design and delivery
Contribute to transformation roadmaps and measure impact through delivery
Support stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and delivery documentation
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in roles such as Business Analyst, Consultant, or within data-driven and tech-enabled environments
Strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, and delivery coordination
Ability to work confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
Exposure to data, AI, or analytics initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A growth mindset and a desire to develop toward product, solution, or architecture domains
Familiarity Experience in with AI/ML delivery methodologies or transformation frameworks
Understanding of enterprise data platforms, modern architecture, or AI operating models
Background in consulting or experience delivering in large-scale transformation environments
Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving project needs
