VIOTAS is investing heavily in AI across the organisation. We have deployed both Microsoft CoPilot and ChatGPT and are now seeking an AI Solutions Lead to turn business ideas into real, high-impact AI-powered solutions.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, applied AI, automation, and governance. You will work as part of the Enterprise Technology team, partnering with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities, shape use cases, rapidly prototype AI solutions, and build them into production-ready tools using platforms such as CoPilot Studio, ChatGPT, and the Power Platform.
You will help accelerate our journey toward a more automated and intelligent organisation, while ensuring responsible and secure use of AI aligned with GDPR and NIS2D considerations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with business teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable benefits.
- Distil business ideas into clear problem statements, user needs, solution concepts, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and build AI-driven solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Develop rapid prototypes and MVPs to validate solutions quickly, iterating based on user feedback.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing VIOTAS systems and data sources where appropriate.
- Ensure solutions follow good governance, security, and data-protection practices, aligned with GDPR and NIS2D requirements (with guidance provided).
- Document solution designs, decisions, risks, and operational considerations.
- Train end users, run demos, and drive AI solution adoption across the organisation.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of AI opportunities, including impact and complexity assessments.
- Promote AI best practices, patterns, and reusable components within the organisation.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support Enterprise Technology team colleagues with AI expertise, collaborating across IT, Power Platform, and Cyber Security domains.
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product, Automation, AI/ML, or Technical role that involved building and delivering technology solutions.
- Demonstrable experience with applied AI, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and creating AI-driven solutions.
- Comfortable with low-code/no-code tooling (Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot Studio) or ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent ability to clarify and translate business needs into solution designs.
- Strong technical literacy and problem-solving skills—comfortable navigating APIs, data flows, and integrations.
- Awareness of GDPR, data protection principles, and secure-by-design practices.
- Ability to document solutions clearly and communicate decisions effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work in a lean, cross-functional environment.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously, learn fast, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desirable
- Experience deploying or managing AI copilots, RAG systems, or conversational AI.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Graph API, or Power Platform governance.
- Understanding of NIS2D obligations (awareness is sufficient; guidance will be provided).
- Experience in process improvement or workflow redesign.
- Experience in utilities, energy markets, or other regulated industries.
- Comfortable both adapting existing systems and creating new ones from scratch.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
