Meet the Client Success Team

Our Client Success team are the experienced LEAP specialists responsible for managing, onboarding, training and retaining clients with LEAP’s Core product as well as Integrated Products and Apps. As a trusted LEAP expert, you’ll work closely with clients to enable easy and efficient utilisation of LEAP software, leaving our clients free to focus on what they do best.

You'll provide hands-on, on-site and face to face support that give our clients comfort and confidence in the power of our products. This is a valuable opportunity to have powerful impact in a meaningful space, guiding clients from day one right through to ‘business as usual’.

What you'll do

As our brand new AI Product Specialist, you will partner with our product and customer success teams to spearhead the implementation and adoption of AI technologies within our Australian client base. You will apply your extensive experience in the legal industry and your passion for using smart legal technology to ensure that our AI solutions address the specific needs of legal practitioners, helping them to work smarter and more effectively. Your day-day might look like this

AI Strategy & Roadmap Development:

  • Collaborate within the team to create and execute an AI adoption strategy.
  • Define and oversee objectives and timelines, aligning AI initiatives with LEAP goals and the needs of our clients.

Stakeholder Engagement & Education:

  • Engage with legal professionals to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations around AI.
  • Design and deliver training resources, workshops, and user guides to support AI adoption and knowledge-building within the legal community.

Implementation & Optimisation:

  • Lead the deployment of AI-powered features with matters types in LEAP, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of legal practitioners.
  • Monitor AI feature performance, gather user feedback, and collaborate with product teams for iterative improvements. 

User Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish regular feedback channels with LEAP clients to identify areas for refinement and enhanced functionality.
  • Track adoption metrics and usage data, using insights to remove barriers to adoption and improve the user experience.

Market & Industry Research:

  • Stay informed on AI advancements, particularly in legal tech, to identify trends and assess opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to position LEAP Legal Software as a leader in AI-driven legal solutions.
Requirements

What you'll bring

  • Legal Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience working in the legal industry within Australia, maybe as a practicing Solicitor or a Legal Secretary, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and processes involved in daily practice.
  • Technology and AI Knowledge: A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within the legal sector. Experience in implementing tech solutions within a legal setting, and some exposure to LEAP Legal Software is highly desirable.
  • Project Management and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Communication and Engagement Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to legal practitioners and inspiring AI adoption.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement processes.
