Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements & functional specifications
- Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines
- Drive project quality process compliance
- Contribute to drive & enforce AI Engineer industry standards and best practices in the team

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- 7+ years in Data Engineering and Cloud Platform Engineering
- 4+ years of Azure Databricks, Spark optimization, and architecture design
- 3+ years of experience working on MS Sql Server and NoSQL DBs like Cassandra, etc.
- 3+ years of experience working on AI Frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse
- Experience leading technical teams and driving enterprise AI adoption
- Hands on experience in the Streaming application (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
- Solid healthcare domain knowledge
- Proven ability to understand the existing application codebase, perform impact analysis and update the code when required based on business logic or for optimization
- Proven exposure to following DevOps methodology and creating CI/CD deployment pipeline
- Proven exposure to following Agile methodology specifically using tools like Rally.
- Proven excellent Analytical and Communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)
- Proven ability to determine the impact of changes in current functionality of the system
- Proven ability to handle Gen AI, RAG, LLM based assignments independently, end-to-end SDLC
- Proven ability to manage a team of AI Engineer, and provide techno-functional mentoring
- Proven flexible to collaborate with onshore business, during US business hours
- Proven flexible to support project releases, during US business hours
