AI/ML Engineers will build and deploy AI-native products, autonomous agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, and production ML pipelines. Responsibilities may include integrating AI into crypto infrastructure and consumer products, fine-tuning and evaluating models, optimizing inference, and developing agentic workflows and machine-to-machine payment systems. Engineers will work end-to-end with high-ownership teams in fast-moving environments.

What We’re Looking For:
- Comfort operating across the full stack, from model integration to product-facing features
- Building autonomous AI agents, agentic workflows, or agent-to-agent systems
- Familiarity with agentic payments, machine-to-machine transactions, or AI-native economic primitives
- Building and deploying AI systems, LLM-powered applications, or ML pipelines in production
- Working with foundation models, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, agents, or inference optimization
About the role(s):
Depending on the team, you could be:
- Building and shipping AI-native products and features end-to-end
- Designing and optimizing LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and agentic workflows
- Integrating AI capabilities into crypto-native infrastructure, protocols, or consumer products
- Working on model evaluation, fine-tuning, and inference optimization at scale
- Collaborating with small, high-ownership teams shipping quickly in fast-moving environments

Compensation
- Early Career: $110,000–$150,000
- Mid: $150,000–$200,000
- Senior: $180,000–$250,000
- Staff/Leadership: $230,000–$330,000
The compensation range reflects variation by seniority, location, and hiring company. Final compensation is confirmed with the specific hiring company.
