About the Role:

As a founding member of the AI Consulting Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible to work closely with our GTM to drive the adoption and ultimately sales of Netskope AI Security portfolio of products. 

Responsibilities: 

Pre-Sale & Sales Activities:

  • Assist the sales teams on technical discovery and positioning of Netskope AI Security portfolio of products with customers and prospects 
  • Prepare, initiate and execute POV’s (Proof of Value) with the aim of achieving technical win and ultimately winning the business. 
  • Work with the account teams to create a vision for prospects and customers that aligns with the overall Netskope vision but 
  • Help create a strategic vision for customers based on deep understanding of their AI strategy, expectations and required capabilities.
  • Work with existing customers to understand efficacy and operational improvements that can be implemented

Evangelize the technology internally and externally:

  • Enable the field on how to engage, qualify and position the portfolio through presentations, creation of assets and documentation 
  • Help create labs and other forms of enablement for the Systems Engineering team so they can engage and confidently present AI solutions to customers and prospects
  • Engage with customers and partners through the Netskope Community to answer questions and create necessary material like articles and presentations

Partner with Product Management:

  • Work with Product Management to help enhance the products based on requirements captured in the field and enhancements that promote better adoption and operation of those products. 
  • Help test, experiment and document new products and releases related to the AI portfolio and work with Product Management and Engineering on fixes and improvements

Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales 
  • Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting position with cybersecurity company 
  • Previous experience in an AI startup (cybersecurity is a plus) where you had constant customer and sales-interactions (SE, SA, Implementation Engineer) 
  • Good cloud computing experience in any of the three major Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure or GCP) 
  • Knowledge and hands on integration experience with relevant AI models (OpenAI, Anthophic, Meta, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and AWS models) including prototyping and implementation. 
  • Understanding of AI prompt best practices and security testing is a plus.
  • Strong full-stack development skills with the ability of testing integrations, supporting customers on implementation
  • Experience building enablement assets through documentation, articles, videos and presentations 
  • Good presentation skills and experience presenting to technical and executive audiences 
  • Travel up to 50% of the time 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred
