We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Strategy and Technology Consulting, preferably within the core consulting practices of leading global software or advisory organizations. The ideal candidate is a graduate from a reputed undergraduate institution and holds an MBA from a top-tier management school.
This role requires deep expertise in business, systems, and strategy consulting, with hands-on involvement in AI/ML-driven process assessment, Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based solution design, and future-state operating model recommendations for healthcare organizations (payers, providers, med-tech, and health-tech players).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategy and transformation engagements across the healthcare ecosystem
- Conduct market assessments, competitive studies, and develop strategic roadmaps
- Define future-state healthcare operating models
- Execute end-to-end process assessments across clinical, operational, and administrative workflows
- Recommend modernization strategies across cloud, interoperability, and digital platforms
- Architect AI-driven future-state processes including automation and decision support
- Implement solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
- Develop AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and deliver high-quality client outputs
- Mentor junior consultants in structured problem-solving and client management
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem - payers, providers, PBMs, med-tech, and regulatory standards
- Proven solid grounding in process design, workflow transformation, and capability maturity assessment
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and data strategy
- Proven solid consulting toolkit: hypothesis-driven problem solving, financial modeling, and storytelling
- Proven excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in healthcare, project management, or AI/ML
- Experience with cloud healthcare platforms and EHR/EMR systems.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools
- Familiarity with agentic workflow orchestration tools and prompt engineering
- Proven to publish thought leadership in healthcare technology or AI
