-The DA (Data Analysis) Engineer is responsible to implement the deep data analysis.
-This definition of deep data analysis is not only to clarify root cause by data mining for Probe test /Process data but also to consider how to manage inline by using YLR.
-You will be expected to analyze the root cause and create the hypothesis for failure mechanism.
-You will collaborate with internal and external team members (Other department and other Micron Fabs(U.S., Taiwan, Singapore)).

-Develop the efficient Data/Yield analysis environment.
-Pioneer to explore new innovative data solution.
-Complex and multi factor task/projects.

-Knowledge and/or experience of basic statistics and statistical analysis.
-Experience of working in Semiconductor Industry
-Collaborate with PE process engineers to identify and support yield correlation of process and equipment issues.

-Detailed Knowledge of Micron DRAM Probe testing
-Detailed Knowledge of Micron DRAM Process Integration
-Knowledge of ESDA
-Familiar with Micron Data mining techniques and tools
-Thoroughly understand electrical test results, characteristics, and device physics.
