  • Partners effectively with the customer and implementation project team to understand, prepare for, and deliver on learning objectives and customer business objectives.
  • Consult with the project team and customers to advise on workflow and Jacobian best practices.
  • Meet all department and leadership compliance and documentation expectations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years healthcare experience or experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within an imaging/radiology environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to facilitate training and knowledge of adult learning.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and partnering with multiple teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Australia.
