  • You are a professional, approachable and organised Receptionist / Office administrator
  • As the face of our Brunswick office, you will be required 5 days in the office (9 am to 5 pm)

Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys creating a welcoming and well-run workplace? We are looking for a Receptionist to be the friendly face of our Brunswick office and provide essential administrative support across the business.

In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, employees, and contractors while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage front desk reception, answer and direct calls, welcome visitors and contractors, and oversee the reception email inbox.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and maintain accurate attendance records for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Order and manage office stationery, kitchen supplies, groceries, and other consumables, ensuring common areas and storerooms remain organised and well stocked.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, in line with company policies.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, authorise payments, and provide administrative support for procurement activities.
  • Manage fleet administration, including vehicle procurement, registrations, fuel cards, e-tags, insurance matters, accident management, and liaison with the external fleet provider.
  • Oversee uniform ordering, distribution, and inventory management for employees.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to employees, management, and the Office Manager, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

What We're Looking For

Bring your positive, can-do attitude and a strong customer service mindset to this role

  • Previous experience in similar receptionist or administrative roles would be ideal.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and in a professional manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with a proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn.
