About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Administrator to join our friendly, high-performing team. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to build on your existing experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the team running smoothly handling enquiries, supporting clients, and assisting with day-to-day administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for many queries, helping direct them to the right people or resolving them yourself.
About You

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel experience helpful but not essential)
- A team player who enjoys helping others
- Able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
- Supporting clients and stakeholders during the claims process
- Assisting the team with reports and general admin tasks
- Managing inboxes and diaries
- Helping keep processes running smoothly day-to-day
