Supporting our Speech Pathology, Podiatry and Dietetics services, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering high-quality support to clinicians, clients, and aged care facilities.

You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes, managing the flow of CDM referrals, supporting billing and compliance processes, and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders. Acting as a key liaison with Residential Aged Care Facilities, you’ll help ensure seamless service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with clinician rostering and scheduling activities.
  • Preparing reports to support operational performance and decision-making.
  • Providing systems support to clinicians and contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
  • This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Driving initiatives to increase the utilisation of CDM referrals by our clients.

Let’s talk about you:

We’re looking for someone with experience in an administration-heavy or customer service environment, ideally within healthcare or a similar fast-paced setting. While we’ll provide full training, our best team members bring strong attention to detail, confidence working across systems, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
