Supporting our Speech Pathology, Podiatry and Dietetics services, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering high-quality support to clinicians, clients, and aged care facilities.
You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes, managing the flow of CDM referrals, supporting billing and compliance processes, and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders. Acting as a key liaison with Residential Aged Care Facilities, you’ll help ensure seamless service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the coordination and processing of CDM referrals, including managing queries and assisting with billing.
- Liaising with aged care facilities, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to coordinate care and services.
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases, ensuring Medicare billing compliance.
- Assisting with clinician rostering and scheduling activities.
- Preparing reports to support operational performance and decision-making.
- Providing systems support to clinicians and contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
- This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Driving initiatives to increase the utilisation of CDM referrals by our clients.
Let’s talk about you:
We’re looking for someone with experience in an administration-heavy or customer service environment, ideally within healthcare or a similar fast-paced setting.
