The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Activations Director, the Senior Activations Manager is crucial in delivering best in-class digital solutions to your clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the junior members in the team and sometimes may need to get hands-on with the tools also.

About the role:

People

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activity and workflow of juniors in your team
  • Train, support and guide your team and peers
  • Escalate challenges to Performance Director as they arise
  • Build and maintain relationships with media agency partners and tech partners

Client

  • Working on paid media campaigns across paid search
  • Oversee and lead the planning, optimisation and reporting of all paid campaigns
  • Continually identifying optimisation opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels, based on relevant KPI’s.
  • Stakeholder management - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Leading digital innovation and driving a robust testing framework.

About you:

  • 2+ years proven experience in performance media campaign management with Google Ads
  • A “lean-in” attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
  • Great communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • A thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology.
  • Facebook Blueprint certified and Google Ads Certified, SA360
