Job Description:

As Accounts Payable Reconciler in our Melbourne office, you’ll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of supplier payments across the dentsu brands. This position is responsible for reconciling media payables, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, dentsu brands, and internal finance teams. By delivering precise reconciliations and proactive issue management, the role supports operational excellence and helps uphold the integrity of financial processes across the business.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with a flexible work from home set up.

Core responsibilities:

  • Investigate discrepancies, validate supplier invoices, and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date.

  • Liaise with suppliers and dentsu brands to address queries, escalate issues when necessary, and implement processes to minimize recurring disputes.

  • Monitor payment schedules, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate overdue suppliers to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong communication channels to support end-to-end resolution of payable activities and ensure smooth operational processes.

  • Manage workload effectively, maintain attention to detail, and proactively identify and resolve issues to uphold operational excellence.

  • Capable of working effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong partnerships.
