About the role

As an Accountant at Fordham you will:

  • Work as part of a team delivering exceptional accounting services to clients, who are primarily business owners and business managers.

  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and self-managed super funds.

  • Work on tax compliance, including Division 7A, FBT, CGT, payroll and other indirect tax calculations.

  • Prepare and implement tax planning strategies and initiatives.

  • Research tax, business structuring, wealth, and asset protection issues.

  • Work collaboratively within teams and across teams to promote best practice.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce.

  • Have commenced or completed CA/CPA studies.

  • Experience working in Australian public practice.

  • Experience working with privately owned groups with multiple entity types, and individuals.

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and time management skills.
