About the role:

As our Account Manager you will work with food and beverage manufacturers in Western Victoria, to enhance operational efficiency, food safety and product quality. You will be responsible for providing customised programs and services that help our dairy, brewing, beverage, protein and food processing industries reduce water and energy consumption, improve water quality, enhance water safety, and conserve natural resources.

You will build relationships with existing customers from Geelong to Warrnambool, Ballarat and Bendigo, by understanding their key business drivers and developing solutions unique to their environment. You will have the opportunity to visit customer sites, taking the time to understand the processes of the customer and work closely with our technical support team to develop innovative solutions.

This is a role where you can make a difference to every customer you visit. The solutions you develop will have lasting impacts on improving water quality for your clients and significantly reducing the water wastage whilst enhancing the continuity of water safety.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering customised water treatment programs

  • Supporting customers to reduce water and energy usage, improve equipment reliability, and enhance production outcomes

  • Building trusted relationships by understanding customers’ key business drivers and operational priorities

  • Partnering with internal technical experts to develop and implement innovative, site‑specific solutions

  • Identifying opportunities to optimise customers’ Total Cost of Operations

  • Providing on‑site service, reporting, and ongoing account support

Our preferred candidate may have:

  • Ideally a tertiary qualification (chemical, mechanical, industrial) though not essential.

  • Working knowledge or interest in water treatment systems

  • An understanding of drinking water legionella management

  • Ability to interact effectively with others, including senior-level customers

  • Strong relationship building skills.

  • Open to travel with the occasional overnight stay.
