About The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Account Manager. You think creatively, with a passion for Sales and experience in selling technology products. You are self-motivated and driven to succeed. A quick learner with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you are goals-focused, resilient and sociable with a positive “can-do” attitude.
If you know how to build and maintain relationships with SME clients as well as upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Proactive, outbound, phone-based contact to existing Esendex customers and upsell/cross-sell our messaging solutions.
- Making the use of prospecting tools such as Lusha, Amplemarket and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify prospect contacts within existing customers, who are not already familiar with the services Esendex offers.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as the number of daily customer contacts, the number of converted customer conversations and the number of closed sales.
- Exceeding productivity measures such as time spent talking to customers per day, revenue achieved per day, etc.
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively using the MEDDPICC framework.
- Upselling to recently won new customers to find additional opportunities.
- Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions.
- Maintaining up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system (SalesForce.com).

What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ Years of experience in an Account Management or Inside Sales role within a SaaS organisation
- Demonstrated experience in achieving Upselling and Cross-Selling targets.
- An ability to understand technology and the problems it solves, and to articulate that to prospective customers.
- Strong commercial and sales acumen with focus on the customer experience/customer service sector.
- A passion for professional development and for selling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Competitive salary of $80,000 – $84,500 per annum (depending on experience).
