About the role: 

Based in our Melbourne agency, you will be immersed deeply in the client businesses and support across a varied range of brand projects, spanning TV, OOH, print, through to digital, all connecting back to solving business challenges. The client accounts are fast-paced and expand across multiple touch points in each campaign and are packed with growth opportunities. 

We’re looking for an Account Manager who is inspired by creative opportunities and has the passion to help bring these to life for their clients. By joining our team, you’ll get to partner with a multi-national brand with impressive creative opportunities, and work with industry-leading minds across strategy, creative and account service.

What you’ll do: 

  • Handle day-to-day administration of the account, including internal and client WIPs, workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates and records, under the direction of the Account Director 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s brand and its competitive environment
  • Write briefs under the supervision of the Account Director  
  • Work with internal stakeholders to get things done on time, on budget and at the right quality, including peers across departments and disciplines
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with work in progress. Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions

What you'll bring: 

  • Experience within a creative or integrated agency preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities 
  • Ability to relate well to a variety of people & build productive relationships, while still introducing elements of fun and humour in the workplace 
  • Demonstrates initiative – a proactive thinker and doer who is inquisitive, hungry to learn and looks for ways to make a difference
  • The ability to approach problem-solving in innovative ways to gain the best solution.
