The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is looking for an Account Manager to join and support our growing portfolio of customers. As an Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for existing clients and help define the PureSpectrum experience for our user base. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our Account Directors to manage a defined set of customers with a revenue quota focused on growth and retention. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Directors to help build effective, professional working relationships with our clients.
  • Find creative solutions to solve customer needs as they arise.
  • Proactively support existing account relationships to provide best in industry client experience.
  • Partner with Client Development Leads to onboard new clients and implement ongoing platform refresher training for existing and new contacts.
  • Report and be proactive to act on key performance metrics.
  • Combine critical thinking and analysis with software resources to efficiently execute responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers, Client Development personnel, Operations, and Marketing on various corporate initiatives.


Experience:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of account management/project management experience, specifically at a Market Research Agency or Supplier
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
  • Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency with key sales and MR project management industry tools (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, PowerBi, ChurnZero, Confirmit, Decipher plus MS office suite etc.)
