About the role

TMS Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our client team in Melbourne on a permanent basis.  This is a hybrid role, requiring an on-site presence with our client in Melbourne at least two days per week, with the remainder of your time spent working from home.

As an Account Manager at TMS, you will be responsible for the operational management of campaigns, projects and jobs, ensuring the successful delivery of work across our Display contract portfolio. You will provide exceptional operational support to our clients, lead and support your team, and play a key role in the retention, development, and compliance of assigned contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage operational financial performance for campaigns, projects, and jobs.
  • Drive cost efficiencies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and Gainshare value creation.
  • Ensure contractual commercial obligations are met.
  • Assign work to Production Support, ensuring compliance and operational management.
  • Provide technical and operational support to client stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor performance to ensure client requirements and service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Support the implementation of new service lines into assigned accounts.
  • Ensure contract compliance, best practices, and service execution.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting to support internal and client management information requirements.
  • Identify and create innovative solutions and opportunities within assigned contracts.
  • Work with the Client Services Director to present compelling proposals to enhance and develop TMS offerings.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Print, POS and Display environments.
  • Expertise in managing print management strategies, planning, budget, and cost management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of design to enable implementation of creative solutions.
  • Proven service delivery experience in an account management setting.
  • Proven ability to identify challenges and deliver effective alternative solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of Print and Display categories.
  • Experience managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service line elements.
