The Account Manager Victoria is responsible for continuing the growth of Radiometer Pacific by applying a selling approach that starts with the customer’s world—their current challenges, desired outcomes, and future ambitions. In this role, you will translate customer needs into tailored solutions that improve workflow, support confident clinical decisions, and create lasting value. Working with a well-established and highly experienced team, you will develop new customers, transition them into confident Radiometer users, and build long-term customer advocates.

Location and Reporting: This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Sales Team, located in Melbourne, Victoria. The role is fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with existing customers by understanding their goals, challenges, decision drivers, and desired future state, then connecting Radiometer solutions to the outcomes that matter most to them.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through value-led account plans, clear customer needs, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.

  • Uncover and develop new accounts by asking high-quality questions, identifying unmet needs, and helping customers visualise how Radiometer can support their clinical, operational, and workflow ambitions.

  • Plan and conduct purposeful customer conversations across the assigned territory, using each interaction to build rapport, explore current and future needs, and co-create solutions that are relevant, compelling, and easy for the customer to champion internally.

  • Champion product, program, and workflow solution launches by turning customer insights into actionable feedback for sales, marketing, service, and applications teams.

  • Guide new customers through a thoughtful transition from first engagement to confident adoption, ensuring they experience Radiometer as a partner that understands their needs, supports their teams, and helps bring their desired outcomes to life.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Business or related areas.
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
  • Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia, specifically Victoria.
  • Sales experience in healthcare, medical or diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self-driven attitude.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel – up to 15 % travel including overnight stays within territory, national meetings and other events requiring travel.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Technical or sales experience in blood gas or Point of Care equipment.
