The Position
Reporting into the National Sales Manager – OEM, your primary focus will be on increasing revenue by developing relationships with both new and existing customers and ensuring complete customer satisfaction, commitment, and loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing profitable relationships, network for new customers, maximise existing relationships and be part of a team that values shared success.
- Using strategic and consultative selling approach in a way that challenges customers thinking, builds trusted advisor status and engages them to buy.
- Actively selling into the construction industry through OEM manufacturers in timber joinery, aluminum systems, shutter markets and resellers of an architectural nature
What will make you succeed in this role?
- A positive and tenacious attitude with a passion for sales success
- A minimum of 3 years proven sales in manufacturing, FMCG or construction industry (advantageous)
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing large accounts
- Proven experience building relationships with decision makers and end users
- Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing Management or Business Administration (preferred)
