Manage relationships with key account partners, support proposals and onboarding, coordinate launches and campaigns, monitor performance, prepare reports, and identify sales growth opportunities. The role collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to resolve partner needs and support partnership initiatives across Australia. Professional English and Mandarin proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key account partners
- Support new partner discussions, proposals and onboarding
- Coordinate store launches, promotions and marketing campaigns with partners
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and order growth
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for partners
- Work with internal Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech and Finance teams to resolve partner requests and support projects
- Maintain accurate account information and follow up on ongoing actions
- Support the team in developing new national and local partnership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in food delivery, hospitality, e-commerce or technology is preferred
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working with data and preparing basic performance reports
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks at the same time
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves communication with both external partners and internal teams
- Good understanding of Australian business culture and professional communication
