We’re looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team, focused on mid-market and enterprise retail and eCommerce customers. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in helping retailers unlock value across our commerce and retail platform suite (including Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, and Merchandising Cloud).
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with pre-sales, product specialists, and customer teams to design tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a remote, work from home role ideal for candidates based on the East Coast of Australia. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in industry events, webinars, customer-facing activities and team get togethers across the region.
What you'll do (and love!):
- Own the full sales cycle across new business opportunities within our commerce and retail platforms.
- Prospect, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise retail and eCommerce customers.
- Build and execute account strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and priorities.
- Lead value-based discovery and solution-selling conversations with multiple stakeholders, including senior and C-suite executives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure strong customer outcomes and long-term growth.
- Maintain a disciplined and accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements.
What you'll bring to Maropost:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail/commerce technology.
- A proven track record of closing mid-market and/or enterprise
- Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing capabilities across complex sales cycles.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders, including senior and executive decision-makers.
- Understanding of retail and eCommerce ecosystems (POS, CX, Martech, logistics, etc. highly regarded).
- A structured, self-directed approach with strong commercial discipline.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Applicants must reside in QLD, NSW or VIC, hold unconditional permanent working rights in Australia, be able to travel interstate occasionally, and work from home.
