We’re looking for a Melbourne-based Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and drive new business opportunities across the Australian market. This is a full-cycle sales role—you’ll be responsible for everything from lead generation to closing deals. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting.
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders in contact centres to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimise outreach and messaging.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in SaaS B2B sales.
- Proven experience selling to call centres or contact centres is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
