As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for successfully promoting our products and services to our existing customers. Your success includes positioning and selling licenses, services and supporting solutions. In addition, the role will involve working alongside the existing sales and marketing functions to be a trusted advisor and key contact to build collaborative relationships with existing and perspective customers.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Selling additional license, services, and solutions to existing customers and actively seeking to expand the KSC-S’s footprint within.
- Working with the marketing/operations team to uncover new selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Proactively looking for sales opportunities within the business’ current customer base and new opportunities through qualified leads and reach out
- Partnering with the rest of the solution sales team and account managers to drive additional solution sales and/or portfolio verticals
- Collaborating with KSC's broader team as well as partner network to develop customer relationships and strategies for growth and planning.
- Attending sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments and trends within the industry.
