We’re looking for a dynamic, outcomes-driven Account Executive to join our Salesforce Nonprofit team, focusing on some of the most impactful areas of our community— government-funded health organisations, aged care providers, disability services (NDIS), and program-based nonprofits.

You’ll be responsible for driving the adoption of Salesforce technology across new and existing nonprofit customers in Australia, with a particular emphasis on organisations delivering case management, community programs, and health-related services.The successful candidate will be an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executive with a challenger mindset who can help us address a significant market opportunity. The role will be engaging with nonprofit leaders, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning Salesforce solutions to help customers drive positive impact in our communities.

We welcome candidates who bring industry expertise from healthcare, aged care, disability services, or public health systems such as the NHS, and who are passionate about using technology to improve lives and outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSector-Focused Engagement
  • Engage deeply with nonprofit and government-funded organisations delivering aged care, health programs, and disability services, including NDIS providers.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the program delivery and case management landscape and align Salesforce solutions to sector needs.

  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and technological advancements that may impact nonprofit organisations.
     

Business Development & Pipeline Growth
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across both install base and whitespace accounts.

  • Build relationships with C-level and program leaders across nonprofit and quasi-government health organisations.

  • Drive strategic account planning in partnership with internal teams to build a healthy and sustainable pipeline.

Solution-Oriented Selling
  • Take a consultative approach to deeply understand customer needs—particularly around programs, outcomes reporting, funding requirements, case management, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored demos and workshops to key stakeholders.
     

End-to-End Sales Execution
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
     

Internal Collaboration & Thought Leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, solution engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Stay informed of regulatory changes, funding programs, and sector trends (e.g. NDIS policy shifts, aged care reforms)

  • Contribute to the growth and direction of Salesforce’s impact in the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven success in SaaS sales, ideally in complex or consultative sales environments.

  • Domain experience in health, aged care, disability services, or nonprofit program delivery highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with NDIS, My Aged Care, or public health systems is a strong advantage.

  • Strong track record of managing both existing customers and new business development.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

  • Deep empathy and passion for mission-driven work and community impact.

  • Salesforce Trailhead Ranger status preferred.
