About the Role

Cloudflare is redefining how enterprise IT operates, establishing its own category, with annual growth exceeding 40%.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to design and deliver innovative, full-funnel campaigns targeting our most strategic accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, ANZ and will work closely with the broader APAC Marketing team and the ANZ sales organisation.
In this high-impact role, you'll put your creativity and marketing expertise to work to develop, launch, manage, and measure ABM programs tailored to strategic accounts and industry verticals. These programs will help penetrate aligned target accounts with defined stakeholders in meaningful ways to increase engagement, drive pipeline, and contribute directly to revenue generation.
What the Job Involves
  • ABM Orchestration: Drive the orchestration of ABM initiatives by working closely with sales to create and refine target account lists, while coordinating sales and marketing activities to engage high-value accounts. Ensure messaging across channels is timely, personalised, and aligned with account-specific needs.
  • Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with internal teams to create and activate a marketing plan targeting strategic ANZ accounts. Collaborating on landing pages, content development, direct mail, digital campaigns, vertical trade shows, and hosted C-level events.
  • Innovation & Personalisation: Continuously explore innovative ways to personalise the account-based experience, leveraging AI and machine learning to deliver highly relevant, scalable, personalised experiences.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Analyse, measure, and report the impact of ABM campaigns across key metrics (stakeholder reach, engagement, meetings booked, pipeline, and influenced revenue). Leverage Salesforce/Tableau to track ROI, manage budgets, and prioritise tactics/channels effectively.
  • Internal Champion: Act as the champion of strategic ABM within Cloudflare, building a strong, data-backed narrative around its impact on penetrating large accounts. Collaborate on launches, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional orchestration with account teams while maintaining account audiences in ABM platforms like DemandBase.Additionally, champion the adoption of DemandBase across strategic AEs and BDRs, ensuring they maximise the platform's potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account-focused ABM programs to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Build and run full-funnel campaigns using a mix of online/offline tactics, aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with sales teams to accelerate deal cycles and influence revenue from enterprise accounts.
  • Create personalised account experiences tailored to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated campaign execution from strategy through to measurement.
  • Apply data-driven insights to refine campaigns and optimise ROI.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, ABM innovation, and AI-driven personalisation.

Who You Are
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with 3- 5 years of experience in developing and executing ABM programs and/or vertical campaigns (ideally in enterprise SaaS, networking, or cybersecurity).
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding MQA, QBG, and pipeline influence targets.
  • Strong experience with ABM frameworks
  • Deep expertise in personalisation tactics, with campaigns built for both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly creative, with a history of innovative, account-specific campaigns.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, DemandBase analytics/BI tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc).
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Analytical and insight driven, with a clear ability to translate data into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Collaborative, but also an independent self-starter comfortable in high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity market and technologies is a strong plus.
