About Role
BlackRock is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join its Access & Identity Management (AIM) Operations Team within Information Security. This role supports end-to-end user lifecycle management, ensuring secure, compliant access to systems and applications across the firm. You will work at the intersection of technology, security, and compliance, supporting daily access operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and entitlements across Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX environments, cloud platforms (Azure/Entra ID, AWS, GCP), enterprise applications, 3rd party applications, and BlackRock’s Aladdin platform.

  • Manage access throughout the Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle.

  • Maintain role-based access controls and support audits, certifications, and remediation activities.

  • Perform Exchange administration (ECP/EAC), NTFS permission management, and access request fulfilment.

  • Support system migrations, onboarding of new applications, and automation initiatives.

  • Manage access requests using workflow and ticketing tools.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

  • Experience administering Exchange environments and enterprise applications, 3rd party applications (Bank portals)

  • Knowledge of identity governance solutions (e.g. SailPoint, Okta) and multi-factor authentication (e.g. RSA, Duo).

  • Understanding of access governance, RBAC, and audit/compliance requirements (e.g. SOX, SSAE16).

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
    Basic UNIX command-line and PowerShell experience.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and automation/scripting is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Willingness to work early shifts (8:00 AM SGT; occasionally 7:00 AM) and provide holiday coverage when required
