Level Electrical & Automation is a well-established industrial electrical contractor based in Epping, Melbourne, servicing quarries and concrete batching plants across Melbourne’s north and north-west regions.

We are currently seeking a motivated 2nd Year Industrial Electrical Apprentice to join our passionate and skilled team. This is a fully industrial role, offering hands-on experience and development opportunities in maintenance, breakdowns, and installations within industrial settings.

As a 2nd year apprentice, you will receive dedicated mentoring and training to advance your skills and knowledge in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in electrical maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Support breakdown and fault-finding activities under supervision.
  • Participate in industrial shutdowns and weekend maintenance work.
  • Assist with industrial electrical installations and upgrades.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements
  • Currently undertaking or completed 2nd year electrical apprenticeship.
  • Strong interest in industrial electrical work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Comfortable working on active industrial sites or keen to learn.
  • Manual driver’s licence preferred but not essential.
  • Based in Melbourne’s northern or north-western suburbs preferred.
  • Tickets such as EWP (Elevating Work Platform) or Working at Heights are advantageous but not essential; support for obtaining qualifications is available.
