Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Graduate Engineer, Advisory to join our team and support the delivery of materials, asset management and advisory projects. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to help deliver solutions that improve how clients manage their assets, business processes, and organisational change.
Our Advisory team partners with clients to enhance business performance through integrated asset and information management, as well as risk and reliability improvement services. As a graduate, you’ll contribute to a range of projects across sectors such as Transport, Defence and Water, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and building your technical and consulting skills.
How you'll make a difference:
- Assist with the development of business processes and change management initiatives related to strategic asset management
- Undertake Condition assessments of a range of assets
- Support the durability design for projects to achieve design life
- Contribute to the preparation of key asset management documents such as Asset Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP)
- Support the delivery of strategic and technical advice to clients
- Assist in the development of maintenance, operational and capital works programs
- Contribute to whole-of-life asset management solutions for clients

Qualifications- Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Materials Engineering.
- Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
- Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
- Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
